Thank you for shopping with NordicResell. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products and No Refunds

NordicResell exclusively sells digital products, including but not limited to supplier directories, supplier access, contact lists, guides, informational resources, and other downloadable or digitally delivered content.

Because our products are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, store credit, or partial refunds once your order has been completed.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after purchase.

  • Not reading the product description before purchasing.

  • Being dissatisfied with the content provided.

  • Not achieving expected business, financial, or personal results.

  • Marketplace restrictions, account suspensions, or payment processor issues.

  • Misunderstanding what is included in the product.

  • Difficulty using or applying the information provided.

  • A supplier changing prices, becoming unavailable, refusing orders, or ceasing business operations.

  • Customer-side technical issues, including device, browser, internet connection, email provider, spam filtering, or similar problems.

  • Any other reason after digital access has been provided.

Since digital products cannot be returned or revoked after delivery, refunds cannot be provided once access has been granted.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases.

However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and any applicable national laws implementing this Directive), this right does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun, provided that the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so results in the loss of the withdrawal right.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Request immediate delivery of your digital product before the withdrawal period expires.

  • Confirm that you understand and accept that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery of the digital content begins.

  • Acknowledge that this information was made available before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Your digital purchase will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout shortly after your payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery is considered complete once the access email has been sent to the email address supplied during checkout, regardless of whether you open, read, or use the email.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid and accurate email address.

  • Checking your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

  • Ensuring your mailbox can receive emails from external senders.

  • Following the instructions included in the delivery email.

Failure to receive the email due to an incorrect email address, spam filtering, a full mailbox, or other issues outside our control does not qualify for a refund.

4. Technical Problems

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase due to an error on our side, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore access to your purchased product.

Our preferred solution is to restore or provide access rather than issue a refund.

Technical problems caused by customer devices, internet connections, email providers, browsers, incorrect information, or failure to follow instructions are not grounds for a refund.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute solely because:

  • You changed your mind.

  • You misunderstood the product description.

  • The product did not meet your personal expectations.

  • You did not achieve your desired results.

  • Any circumstance already covered by this Refund Policy.

If a payment dispute is opened, we may provide evidence supporting the transaction, including delivery records, order confirmations, IP information, device information, access logs, and records of checkout confirmations where permitted by law.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of access to purchased products.

  • Termination of your customer account.

  • Recovery of outstanding amounts together with any applicable administrative or legal costs where permitted by law.

  • Other legal remedies available under applicable law.
