4. Refund Policy

Once digital access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credit, or partial refunds except where required by mandatory applicable law.

Refunds are not available for reasons including, but not limited to:

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from the European Union, consumer laws may normally provide a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.

However, where legally permitted, and in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (or equivalent legislation), this right does not apply once digital content has begun to be supplied after you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that your withdrawal right will end.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Request immediate delivery of your digital product;

  • Confirm that you understand delivery begins immediately;

  • Acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right ends once delivery starts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that is caused solely by an error on our side and prevents access to your purchased Digital Content, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to restore your access.

Customer-side technical issues, including incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, browser settings, device compatibility, or internet problems, do not entitle you to a refund.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from NordicResell, you agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback solely because you changed your mind, misunderstood the product description, or were dissatisfied with the product after receiving access.

If a payment dispute occurs, we may provide relevant records to our payment provider, including purchase confirmations, delivery records, IP information, access logs, and checkout acknowledgements where permitted by law.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

    Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

    Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

    10. Customer Responsibilities

    Before purchasing any Digital Content, you are responsible for:
